This is the finest restaurant I have been to in the United States. To match the quality of the food and service I have to compare it to a three star restaurant in France. The menu has just two columns, the prix fixe on the left and the chef's special on the right. Each month the chef comes up with a new theme and associated menu. The examples I have tried were the James Bond theme and the comfort food theme. The James Bond theme started with an oyster shooter in chilled vodka with three layers of caviar and gold leaf to top it off. The wine pairing is very nice. The prices match the level of service and food. It is a very small, intimate, formal restaurant. Jackets are required.
