The food here is authentic, although I found it to be a little greasy. Also they come around with a pitcher of salsa that tastes alot like tomato paste. Ok overall.

I ordered a veggie omelet without cheese and it came with cheese; no big deal. When pointing this out to the waiter, though, he assured me (without looking at my plate)that there was no cheese in my omelet. Asked to talk to the manager who, when she came out, did not introduce herself, did not ask what the problem was, but began the conversation immediately with the comment "My chef has been here for years and if he says there is no cheese in your omelet then there is no cheese". She, too, did not bother to look at my plate. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ASTOUNDING WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A WAIT STAFF AND MANAGEMENT STAFF!

Have been to all the others, Garozzo's, Anthony's, Cascone's.... Jasper's is by far the BEST in its' class. Chef JJ is a celebrity, always here, always there but at dinner time, he's right in place at the helm of his father's legacy! It's worth every cent in your pocket!!

Good food and drinks, "snooty service" is a good way of putting it.... copied this from another review. Amber is the worst waitress in town. I was there Friday night w a friend that was meeting other friends. My friend had called and complained about Amber and having to go to the bar to order drinks from her. Well, going there on Friday, Amber didn't even talk to my friend. She acts like Reverse wouldn't exist if she wasn't there to wait on us. I don't think I even saw her smile once. So my friend went to the bar and ordered and everyone was really nice and helpful. What bar has waitresses, but you have go to the bar because their service is so bad? Cool bar, nice location, nice sidewalk seating, good music, just don't expect to order or get your drink in a timely fashion and pucker up, because you need to kiss up to get a drink.
