We have been to Bertha's about 5 times and we always recommend them to our friends. Since the very first time we discovered this place and every time since, we have enjoyed it very much. The wait staff is very attentive and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Being of Mexican descent myself I am very picky when it comes to Mexican food. I am always comparing restaurants to my Mothers cooking and so far Bertha Miranda's is the closest thing to authentic Mexican home cooked meals. You can always tell a good Mexican restaurant by the rice, and theirs is fantastic. The only reason I did not give them a rating of 5 is because of the salsa. I like a much thicker salsa, and prefer to have both red and green offered, but that is purely a personal preference. I would recommend Bertha's to anyone who wants a great Mexican meal at a fair price. The ambiance is very casual and the feeling is very laid back.

I really like this place. They have another restaurant in Sparks, but it doesn't have the atmosphere of the Mill Street location. Outdoor seating is nice. The food is excellent and priced right. The rice is outstanding.

Very good Mexican food served in a nice atmosphere. The wait staff was very attentive. The chili rellanos were excellent. A definite place to go back to.

over priced for lunch (entrees around 8.95)...I received really bad service the last couple of times I've been there. I doubt I will return.
