As three year Aspen resident I can recommend Cantina for great quesadillas and happy hour! Dinner is just average but the outdoor patio dining makes it a great place to relax and people watch.

We were in Aspen for a water aerobics seminar in the non peak season. This meant very few restaurants and stores were even open. Another problem: we couldn't get out of our training until 9:00pm. This restaurant was open and we were one of the last tables seated. Because of this I do not think we got the very best service. It was adequate. Food was pretty good-average Mexican fare. Lovely atmosphere. I remember the margaritas were good but served in a pretty small glass. Sigh.
