My wife and I like eating dinner near major universities. They seem
to have a larger selection of restaurants from which to choose. That
is the reason we stayed overnight in Fort Collins while on vacation
in the summer of 2003.
This Italian place, in a very large old house, was quite nice. My wife
had manicotti and I ate stuffed green peppers. The food was very good
- especially the appetizer: bruschetta.
A waitress did manage to drop a tray as she went by on her way to another
table and I received some wetness from the spilled beverages. Oh well.

I love their eggplant parmesan that comes with a side of spaghetti
and warm, crusty garlic bread. The atmosphere is very relaxed
and comfortable. You definitely get your money's worth here.

A greast atmosphere -- set in an old house with lots of style. The
portions are huge and the variety is great. It beats the chain
Italian places hands down!
