This place has been there since before I was born. Same family too. Mexican
food just doesnt get any better. It's not 'Tex-Mex'.
When you go (not IF) have anything with green chile. They roast their
own peppers, and make about everything from scratch. You get your food
on a bubbling hot plate. The locals will send you there. I've been
on a long weekend, and it's BUSY, but I've also made reservations.
Besides - give me time to have a margarita! Soak up the atmosphere.

Can't get better food or Margaritas! And the prices are great.
We drive for 2 hours just to eat here. The town is historical and worth
wandering, but DON'T miss eating at the Grill. That's the
reason we come to Leadville.
Not fast, fake food. Served on HOT plates right out of the oven. BEST
Green chile in the country, even New Mexico hasn't got green chile
like this!

I can't get over the greatness of this restaurant. My parents
have taken me and my brother here every summer while on vacation
for the past 8 years or so. This place is one of Leadville's greatest
secrets. The portions are huge. The enchiladas are heaven on
earth and the atmosphere makes you feel like you're in a far-off
bar-grill out of nowhere. If you are in love with Mexican food,
and enchiladas in general, you must try this out!
