Blue Spruce not only offers lovely Catering, they also have a
wonderful little restaurant. the atmosphere once you step into
the Blue Spruce is so inviting. the decor is historic and feels
like you just stepped into a friends' home.

they have a large sign outside that sits right next to a historic
wood wagon. and in one of the windows is a neon sign that reads:
Great Steaks (they're not kidding). i believe the menu changes
seasonally, however they always offer wonderful hand-cut steaks,
as well as other wild game.

they have a full bar that is located just to the left side of the
restaurant. it is an addition to the original building, yet blends
so nicely with the original cabin. they offer Pug Ryans beer on
tap as well as quality spirits. they do have a bar menu for food
that is awesome for apres' ski. they do offer 1/2 price appetizers
in the bar only from 4p-6p. i highly recommend the Blue Spruce
as a special occasion restaurant to eat, as their food is prepared
with utmost concern and the staff is absolutely wonderful and
will accomodate almost any request.
