I love going to Tapalpa, very warm, welcoming, low key neighborhood spot. Their enchiladas with cilantro are great, as is their cilantro soup. If you order a drink with dinner, they'll give you a free shot that I think has Bailey's, Butterscotch liquor, and vodka (yum!) with your bill's arrival. The ladies restroom is small, but one of the cleanest and welcoming I've seen. They even have free women's stuff on a cart in there.

Having lived in the Southwestern U.S. for several year, I became accustomed to Mexican food. I have yet to ever eat a meal anywhere in the U.S. that tops this restaurant!!! The mole sauce is by far the best I've ever had. The red snapper with garlic can't be beat. The fajitas and enchiladas are as authentic as they get. The people that operate and work in this restaurant are friendly and you can really tell they care about thier patrons. Also, one of the cleanest places I've ever been in. Period. OUTSTANDING!!

Tapalpa is a very good resturant with a great staff you can never go there and find a empty seat the steak fajits are out of this world the after dinner shot is a nice chaser after this wonderfull meal
