shrimp, shrimp, shrimp and more shrimp. Great fresh menu ingredients,
and a fun atmosphere. It was an experience, although there are
better places on the island.

A huge selection - the appetizer/soup section had 33 selections,
the entree listed 45 selections plus the daily specials. We felt
that the all-you-can-eat shrimp was for us and we thoroughly
enjoyed the gulf shrimp and rock shrimp (we had never had rock
shrimp) that kept appearing. Lots of families and it wasn't overly
busy during our visit (11/4/01) though I can only imagine the
zoo-like conditions that must prevail during the "season" at
any restaurant and on Sanibel in general. The menu features fish
but has a large selection of beef and chicken and some pasta dishes.
But, seafood is the king. For "fine dining" there are better places
but this is a good value.

This restaurant has the best priced "early birds" on the Island
($8.95) for the first 100 customers starting at 4:45 PM. The bar
has great Maine lobster. The seafood is good, but so are the baby
back ribs, prime rib and chicken parmesean. Service is friendly
and efficient.

Very good seafood. Have never been disappointed in the quality
of the food. My only complaints have been that the service is uneven.
Sometimes terrific, sometimes horrible. You never know what
you are going to get. They can get maddeningly busy, which is part
of the problem.

I would only go here if you plan on ordering seafood! Otherwise
you will not enjoy your meal very much, but the seafood is excellent
and so is the dessert. But remember only get seafood
