I had the shrimp and grits. From the moment it hit my mouth, I was in ecstasy. To top it, there was a jazz combo playing some sweet, smooth jazz. We went there on a whim but I know, even though it is a long ways from Rhode Island(my home state), I will return. Just excellent.

Dinner here Feb. '06.Excellent! We elected to be seated in the lounge (bar) area to avoid a 30 minute wait (this is off-season and 5:30pm!). Same menu PLUS in the liunge we had their Happy Hour with shrimp and oysters at $4.20/doz. and cheap wine and beer. We both had the "Early Bird" Salmon encristed with pecans. The complete dinner was $14.95 each and an good value. Included was soup: we elected for the She Crab Soup (good but not as good as others we had had). The entree was served with vegetable and mashed potatoes and the presentation was excellent. A glass of house wine was included (we each had a couple of glasses of chardonay). Service was outstanding. Highly recommended but be prepared to wait. On the Tuesday night we dined, a jazz group was appearing.

Visited on vacation and loved it. The whole area is awesome. The food was great and the southern charm and hospitality was second to none. We will definately be back if we vacation here again.

I HIGHLY RECCOMEND their seafood buffet. Their selection of seafood, cold, hot and freshly grilled beef and flounder was outstanding. My dinner was more than worth the price for the fine oysters on the half shell that I had as an appetizer. We came as a larger group and the staff was helpful, friendly, and very prompt. Even the children loved it!

Excellent Food! On the cove dining...this is a great place for good seafood. Try any of the fish entries cooked four different ways, your choice. The combo plates are great if you are really hungry. This is one of the best on the Island. All entries come with salad and hot baked bread. Key Lime pie is great for dessert.

well, the carpet is nasty, the food is mediocre, forget about what the others say, this place just has a view of the harbour and is a tourist trap.
