A nice atmosphere for dining, in a walk-up nook in Old Ellicott
City. If the portions were larger (a better value) this would
be an excellent restaurant. It is well respected, but in my opinion
over-rated baased almost solely on the too-high prices. The
food selection is nice, and was well prepared.
