Ok, this place deserves a “Very Good” for décor, ambiance, and service - But I do not go to a restaurant to feed the Koi. The menu is un-inspirational and the food is frankly disappointing. This is exactly what Chinese restaurants thought would appeal to the American taste when the invented Chop-suey. Well that was in the 60’s and 70’s and there are a lot more sophisticated tastes out there today that expect more from chinese cuisine. Reminded us of the tourist restaurants in Beijing - nothing to write home about!

Always enjoy eating here. The food is quite good, the service is great and the atmosphere is very good. The koi pond in the center of the restaurant is fun and if you ask, they will bring you food to feed the koi when you have a table next to it. The take-out is also very good. When I think about eating chinese, I think about Cheng's.

Also known as the House of Garlic at our house. They LIKE garlic. I LIKE garlic, and they don't skimp on it. Go with friends or other people who really, really like you, because you'll be oozing garlic from your pores for days. Good mix of Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai dishes, basic dishes are medium spicy, probably anyone with strong taste buds will want additional spice added. Nur num tok (beef salad) is excellent, with two or three varieties of nam prik (hot sauce. I recommend the green stuff, but others may find it sub-nuclear. Chicken and beef dishes seem better than the pork ones (more accurate to the Thai ones I had in Bangkok).
