While I have to say I really enjoy the food at Fiesta Hut, and have enjoyed it for many years, I simply cannot excuse the extreme lack of service. It seems to be a family owned restaurant, with family members serving as wait staff as well. They will literally sit at a back table and eat while you wait for a drink, or anything else for that matter, for more than 30 minutes. On my last visit my guest literally ate her flan with a knife because the fork she asked for came after 25 minutes. They could not be more disinterested in you, or your wants, if they tried. The only time they become 'chatty' and interested is when its time to leave the tip. I simply dont have the time to spend three or more hours to devote to dinner due to poor service. It really is quite a shame because their food is very good.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. I have been there probably about 100 times, and have never once been unsatisfied with my meal. When I first went there the service was horrendous, but the food was so great never hesitated to go back. The service is much better now, but if you order a drink order 2 because you don't know if you'll ever get a chance to get another one.

This is one of our favorite restaurant and definitely without a doubt our favorite Mexican restaurant. The quality of the food is consistent. It's always very good. We eat there almost every week sometimes more than once. We love the chili con carne and the chili con queso. Their main courses are also pretty amazing. I recommend this place to everyone.

We LOVE Fiesta Hut and have been going there for 30 years. The dishes are traditional and the sauces are homemade from family recipes. Organic is used whenever possible. Service is friendly and efficient, although slower than usual when the restaurant is full.

This place used to be very good. Don't know what happened but the cheese is fake, the sour cream is fake, everything is somewhat flavorless. The dining room can get very noisy and the service is slow. They do have good margaritas but this place just isn't worth the price. Sorry guys-stop cutting corners.
