A nice dining experiance with great food. The menu was done in
French but the waiter explained everything to us. Service was
excellent and the desert was great.

This a very well made french restaurant in downtown bellingham.
it has great ambience with great food. the prices aren't that bad
either considering the caliber of restaurant it is, would highly
recommend it.

everyone that ever visits bellingham absolutely needs to stop
at le chat noir. it is trendy trendy trendy. it's also the only
GOOD restaurant in the downtown area. the service isn't snooty
like you would expect, and the general coziness of the place gives
it a four star rating.
