Just for the name itself we had to try this place out. The food was great. I had a chicken dinner and it was fantastic. They have several wines to choose from and their destert menu was good. Service was very attentive and speedy.

I highly recommend the Texas Toothpicks (battered and fried jalapenos and onions) dipped in Ranch.....not too hot and not too mild.....Several entrees to choose from, ribs, chicken, pork, shrimp on skewer - best value is the shredded pork (you get a huge mound of it)....the baked beans are wonderful....also the gumbo (real spicy but worth every bite)......Anna is a wonderful hostess - also has a wonderful lounge with live entertainment on most nights -
