Good BBQ in a nice, open, family setting. Excellent salad bar. The Thunderbolt Chili, however, is a major disappointment. This is a place for ribs, tri-tip and other BBQ. Entrees in the $15 range. Great service, but sandwiches are often served warm, not hot.

Rosies makes some good to very good bar-b-que ribs, bar-b-que chicken, and a fabulous tri-tip steak. They deliver in some locations which is an added plus. They have great mashed potatoes, garlic bread, and baked beans. Almost perfect but not quite.
