China Star has a big buffet that is pretty good. Alot of the food
is pretty spicy, but then there are some that isn't. I like it,
but then when I go I tend to eat too much just because you can. That's
the only thing I don't like about buffets!!

We go early because this is a buffet and we worry about food sitting
and being kept warm for too long. There is plenty of food, friendly
service and lots of choices to suit all appetites.

There's a large franchise of China Star restaurants in the Texas/New
Mexico area. Good Chinese buffet with a large selection of items
to choose from. If you like hot andspicy, they got that but they
also have the not so spicy items to dine on. Depending on what you
get, you might only need one plate since some of their stuff is
pretty filling. But you're always welcome to get as much food
as you want there. If you have never eaten Chinese, this is a good
place to try since you can sample each type of entree without having
to commit to a single dish.
