This place was a huge let down. I came from Dallas to try some great
barbeque in Lubbock, but was let down when I tried Whistlin Dixie's.
I then ate at another place there is Lubbock and it was better by
far.

Whistling Dixie in one of the best places to get BBQ in Lubbock.
I have had better in other parts of the state, but in lubbock it
is hard pressed to find.

Whistlin Dixie is by far the best barbecue in Lubbock. A recommendation
for those with healthy appetites- many times during the day,
they will have an all you can eat special, and at a very reasonable
price. The service is excellent as well. This is one of my favorite
restaurants in Lubbock.
