Been eating here for years. Everything is great. I have tried most things, the Jeff Special is a definite recommendation. Every side they make is great. Sometimes a long line but well worth the wait.

This food is awesome. Iv'e been eating at Central Texas for years and I have yet to have better. The potatoes and sides are superb and the brisket and ribs are to die for. The employees are super friendly and The atmosphere is one of a kind.

This place has some of the best original barbeque sauce I have ever tasted. I highly recommend their ribs. Plenty of choices on the menu to take care of everyone in your group. Smells great from the time you walk in the door, just like a good barbeque restaurant should.

Very good barbecue and reasonable prices. One of the better restaurants in Pearland. A definate place to check out!
