We have eaten at Miraku for 6 years. We love the ambiance, the elegant
decor, the attentiveness of the staff, the personal touch and the artistry
of Jimmy-San, the sushi chef, and above all, the food itself. Whether
it is sushi, sashimi, tempura, miso soup, sukiyaki, salad, or other
dishes -- the food is fresh, exquisitely prepared and beautifully
presented. We always feel privileged to eat at Miraku. Celebrate a
birthday? Jimmy-san will surprise you with something eclectic, along
with a symphonic rendering of "Happy Birthday".

It's a must for couples who want to enjoy the finest sushi
in the east bay.

I highly reccomend the specials like the Baked Mussles, Lobster,
and Amaebi.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the service, food,
and the atomosphere.

This place is fun, the food is great, the staff is extremely outgoing.
They always seem to give you at least something complimentary.
It is a little higher priced than some of the other sushi restaurants
around but it is worth it for a special night out!

This is one of the best Sushi places in the entire Bay area. The
service is good and the staff is extremly friendly. Not only does
the sushi seem to always be fresh but the sushi chef's are
very creative and open to making custom rolls for the customers.

They have the best sushi in town hands down. Plus the atmosphere
and decorations are fabulous. An ideal place for a romantic date.
Try: Toro, Amaebi, Hot and Happy, Hamachi

Service is excellent depending on the server you get. The sushi
here is like no other place I've been to. The fish is delicious
and so fresh it melts in your mouth. The flower arrangements were
stunningly beautiful and out of the ordinary. If desire a nice
atmosphere and excellent sushi, come to this place. Try the 911
roll and the Y2K roll!

Let me be honest. I know $10-$15 for a dinner doesnt sound like
a whole lot to the people that live around this place. But when
you see the small portions, you will probably agree with me. Service
needs a good pick-up as well. The sushi is excellent though. And
priced right compared to the rest of the food. If you want good
Japanese food for good prices, try Sen Dai in downtown Danville.
Five miles away and same hours, less wait, and triple the service.

The food, atmosphere, and service at this restaurant were excellent.
Their sushi was fresh and beautifully prepared, and their sukiyaki
was light and flavorful.
