This is one of the best BBQ joints North of Texas. There brisket is the best I have ever had. I drive about 40 miles just to go there for a meal, and in my opinnion it is well worth the trip. they also have great ribs and the pulle pork is great. Soups are aalways homemade using there own BBQ meats as the base. All in all I recommend BBQ Jim's as EXCELLENT
