The best bar-b-q restaruant in Louisville. It's an excellent
choice for those wanting something different to fill their stomachs.
It's going to be busy, so anticipate a wait, but it's
worth it, and the staff is excellent.

This place tends to be crowded, for good reason. This is THE bar-b-que
place in louisville. Grab plenty of napkins it's gonna get
messy. The ribs fall off the bone, the pork makes you want to make
a pig of yourself. Be prepared to wait on weekends, but also be
ready to go home stuffed and grinnin' ear to ear. Tip: wear
loose pants, you'll hurt yourself in tight jeans. Go, find
out yourself, you'll be glad you did.

Bootleg has been among the best of true BArb-Q places in the Louisville
for years. The original location out past the Gene Snyder on Bardstown
Road is a quick pick up and run kinda place. The Barb-Q smells and
tastes great. I would stop in here and ask for sliced beef before
other places in town started serving it sliced. They have among
the best flavoured Barb-Q around the Kentucky area. They also
opened a new location out off Preston. I prefer the original place
as this is where all the Barb-Q is cooked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DAYS AND THERE'S NOWHERE TO SIT BECAUSE THEY ARE THAT CROWDED.
