I visited Peppers in 1989 and in 1998 and it had not changed at all,
good bar area, bright decor and good Tex Mex food.

After a few visits I've determined that Pepper's is really quite
consistent -- good service and a nice selection of quasi-Mexican
cuisine in a pleasantly casual atmosphere. It's not a "special
occasion" sort of place, but perfect for a light (or heavy)
Tex-Mex lunch or dinner. Never tried breakfast.
