Should change the name from the Californian to something more authentic, because I have not found any sushi tasting that good anywhere in Cali. Expensive, but nice place to go on special occasions.

Great location in ward. The food here is great. They have a good selection of sushi and specialy rolls. Not much people go there so they aren't too busy. They are a bit pricey for sushi though.

I loved this restaurant. There is so much entertainment going on. The only drawback is that it is a little bit expensive to go on a regular basis. My husband and I would meet friends here and eat as many sushi rolls as we could. It is hard to say which roll I liked the best. I would recommend them all. Another aspect that I liked was that we rarely had to wait for a table. Fast service. GREAT PLACE!

I really enjoy the interesting atmosphere of this restaurant. The music, the decor, and the service are very special. They have very fresh sushi and a wide variety of specialty rolls that are both unique and tasty. The sake selection is fairly decent and I really like the "Sushi-man's" service attitude. Overall, a very fun and enjoyable experience!

I liked this restauarnt. The sushi is pretty decent and it's got a far less waiting time, than the crab restaurant next to it. The only drawback? The restrooms are shared by the crab house and you have to walk through this maze to get to it. But aside from that, the saki offerings are pretty impressive, the service is good, the price is med-high, and the sushi is GOOD!
