You can just walk into some places and know that you did the right
thing......this is a very good place for breakfast. You get a
lot of Mexican influence choices, and they're very good.
The place is place is just north of San Martin Ave on Monterey---easy
access from 101. Plain restaurant with people that help make
it a great place to stop. Great service and food.

This is the neatest, greasiest cafe in the area. If you can afford
the calories and fat, it is well worth it! The breakfasts are great--
especially the huevos rancheros and the breakfast burritos. At less
than $3, you can't beat letting someone else put together a
burrito with eggs, meat, cheese, beans, and salsa!
The burgers and fries are to die for -- ask for the fries well done
to get them crispy.
Excellent service -- these waitresses really know how to move fast!

Great place to meet the locals on Sunday morning. We got
there at 7:15am and the place was already packed. The
huevos rancheros came with beans and your choice of flour or
or corn tortillas.
The chef is a woman named Annie whom everyone knows. This
place gets an A for authentic local atmosphere.
