An Omaha treasure! The Flat Iron starts with a replica building of New York City's Flat Iron Building. The bar sits up front and is lively. The atmosphere is "big-cityish." The service is professional, and the food is perhaps the best in Omaha. It's a small place, so reserve a table. I really enjoyed it.
