Stopped in the other day when I was downtown again and it was much the

When staying for a week on business, I ate lunch here every single day,
as it is by far the best joint to get food. Period. Most everyone who works
there is quite a character, and the food and shakes can't be beat!
Their blue plate specials are always a hot item, and range from meat
loaf to mexican. But don't overlook their sandwiches! They have,
if memory serves, a peanut butter/banana/honey sandwich, and boy,
is it ever good! Hours are waay too strict for food this good, but if you're
lucky to get em when they're open, you're in for a big treat.

Great chicken salad, some of the best I have found. Shakes are awesome,
any time I am downtown I try to stop there, the best time I have found is
after about 1 p.m, the lunch crowd is slowing down by then

Great shakes! The menu offers a variey of items and even caters
to vegetarians. The crab salad sandwich and chicken salad sandwich
are a must try! Lunches are very busy so its best to get there early.
