I've been coming to Tony Di-Maggio's since I was a kid.
I loved it when my dad brought home stromboli, usually a friday
night treat, or a good dinner before a movie at the drive in's
across the way!
This place is the best! The Service is great! and I keep coming
back because the stromboli is the BEST!. The sause is so mouth
watering you can't resist to leave a piece left! I love the
fact that they put mustard in it as well! Nothing like it in San
Jose! I give it 5 starts. *****

My friends introduced me to Tony DiMaggio's, all they talked
about was how great the Stromboli is. I thought nothing could
possibly be that good, but when I tried it I found it was even tastier
than they had described. The cheese and sauce is delicious and
had a very unique spicy tang. The staff is incredibly friendly
and service is speedy.

Love the stromboli! It is by far the best I have ever had. Quick,
efficient service and a fair price too!

Tony makes the best Stromboli! Good food...good value. Service
is unique and fast. They "remember" everything. The place is
always jumping and I've been going there for over 20 years. The
boys are learning their trade from two of the best in the business
so the place won't miss a lick if and when the parents retire.

This place is over-rated, based upon my one and only visit.
We ordered Stomboli, it was ok, very tough crust on the
bottom, not especially flavorful.
We ordered pizza. Crust was pretty good, toppings average,
sauce was too bland, it was spaghetti sauce, I'm sure.
Place was crowded, Friday night. Don't quite know why.
Our table was one of the few without dirty pizza dishes
on it. We smelled a strong ammonia smell, from the
over-use of disenfectant to clean tables, probably.
It was ok, just not that great, we liked the pizza
better than the Stromboli, but we won't likely be back,
as it's not that special. Staff is good though!
But they keep busy, so lots of people must rate it
higher than me!

This is my favorite Pizza restaurant in San Jose. (probably in all of
the Bay Area) I have never had a pizza there,I always order "Tony's
Stromboli." It is the best "pizza sandwich" I have ever found. The
sauce is always simmering on the back of the stove behind the counter
and the New York style pizzeria is very inviting.
The service is fast and friendly and it is a family enterprise.
The Di-Maggio brothers are very experienced in Pizza Parlors. Three
other brothers have stores on the east coast. One that I am familiar
with on Long Island is "Eddie D's." So these people know their Pizza!!

This place has the some of the best stramboli you'll
ever eat. The rest of the menu is also good, but
their specialty if the stramboli.
