Our June 1999 vacation included a stay in Mackinaw City. Our dinner
at Cunningham's was very nice. The place appears to be very much
like most family restaurants, simple, friendly and casual atmosphere.
And the food was good: My wife ate their chicken pastie and I had the white
fish. Both of these were said to be local favorites. We enjoyed them
both.

Nothing like home style cooking up north, i am not a big fish fan,
but they had plenty of other choices, and for desert I had their
pie, and it was delicious.

Exceptional home cooking at fair value prices. Cunningham's
features a balanced menu of Mid West comfort food with local specialties
freshly prepared (lake perch, Mackinaw whitefish, etc) Save
room for a slice of their home made pie.
