This is an around the corner from my home restaurant. I eat there often, however, not in the summer. The prices are higher, and the food is not as good. The service is always great. If you're looking for hugh portions this is the place for you!

We heard about this place for years before we tried it. Then we had a heck of a time finding it! Now its a part of our Traverse City vocabulary. The 'house' steak is about the size of a house and great! The prime rib is perfection! But you better be hungry!

It may not be right in town but it is worth the little drive for the

big food you get at Boones. The service is always great and you

won't walk away with an empty stomach, you'll be lucky

if you can get out of your seat at all when you've finished.

If you are ready to really eat some food, Boones is the place.

I have eaten here on several occasions and have never been disapointed! It is the best seafood place in town! Small place but worth the wait!!! It is a MUST for seafood lovers!

22 oz. prime rib--how can you go wrong? You better be hungry because everything is delicious and the service is tremendous!!

Sunday is a MUST at Boones Long Lake Inn. No way to describe the GREAT steaks, like their large, large primrib. Every night is a special. If not back in my home town in New Buffalo, MI this has got to be the #1 place for primerib. Got the idea that this is a must in the area to eat till you can't move. Dessert..whats that.

well now, what can you say to prime ribs?? my family (about 20 members) invaded this place and ate about 400 oz of beef!!! I love the food, the service was great (one person serving 20 ppl). A must for first time people in Michigan!

this is one of traverse city's out of the way jewels. great food,

excellent service. you have to try the 22 oz. steak. it's great.
