My family and I absolutely LOVE this place. We go there a minimum of twice a week, often more. The food is consistently delicious, the prices reasonable, and the service is wonderful. The staff is always friendly and prompt, and they always make us feel at home. Many of the servers know my children by name and they remember our favorite drinks and dishes. There is a nice variety on the menu, and I have enjoyed everything I've tried, though I tend to get intense cravings for my favorites and order the same things over and over! I think the kids' menu is more than sufficient, with all the typical "gringo" favorites, plus there are ala carte and side dish sizes of all the Mexican offerings. We're headed there tonight and I'm already hungry thinking about it!

I LOVE this place. My favorite mexican restaurant in the country, and i have been to many. Every item on the menu is delicious. The service is incredibly fast, even when the restaurant is packed. The style of the plating is simple, there are no overly expensive garnishes. That must be how they can price such great food so affordably. I highly recommend this place for people who like food.

This is a great, casual place to have a good meal. Very reasonably priced, the portions are more than accomodating, especially with bottomless refills and chips/salsa. Food is served fast and hot, staff is friendly, definitely worthy of trying some Friday or Saturday night.

As always very very good. We have been to all there resturants in our surrounding area and they all very good. Pleasent help. Good prices. Recommend you try it.

I went to this restaurant on the basis of reviews from this web site and was not at all dissapointed. Definately not an easy place to take children, but the food is some of the most creative and flavorful mexican I've ever tasted.

I was really surprised how good El Campesino's Restaurant. I went with my husband and our two children. The prices were good and the food was served quickly. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the children's menu. It's a difficult place to go if you have small children that do not enjoy mexican food. Other than that, the food was tasty, the salsa and chips very satisfying and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I'd say it's a good place to go if you want good food on a budget.

Having grown up eating latin american food. I was very scepticle.

I saw the words "Authentic" and looked at my husband, and said "here we go again" Upon entering the restaruant, I could smell the familiar scents from my childhood. I felt comfortable. We were greeted with a smile and courtesy.
Still I was not sure this was a "real Cocina"
We ordered our food, and within 10 minutes our food was on the table.


It was fresh and smelled fantastic. I tasted first the rice, then the beans, then my main dish. Tears filled my eyes as memories of my grandmother came flooding into my head and I was overjoyed at the experience.
I am sure there are other resaurants out there that have comperable foods, but the service, atmosphere, and the food are definitly worth a trip to this little place.
My husband who has just recently accuired the taste for spicey food, has made it one of our weekly stops. (he did not have to twist my arm over this)
Please give this place a try and relax. The food is excellent!!!!!!

We've only been there once, but the next time in the area, we will definately make a stop. Mexican food that is prepared and served hot. Service is great. A relaxing place for a quiet dinner makes this a MUST go place.

This Mexican restaurant is sure to please the Mexican palate. Their food is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed. This is one of my favorite places to go to relax and eat when in the mood for mexican cuisine.

The best Mexican restuarant in our area. This is my wifes favorite place to go. Everything we have had there has been really good.
