This newly constructed restaurant (albeit many yrs ago) has
never opened. I believe the reason is due to the property being
seized for some other (legal) reason. Nice looking place from
the outside, ,, in an area of town that could use the revitalization,
etc, but doubt that it can ever open.

This restaurant cannot be opened, or will not be opened because
they are waiting for a liquor license. I think they should quit
waiting and open it anyway so we can see how good they would do without
alchohol. Is the food going to be so bad that we need to be drunk
to eat there???
