One of the best evenly priced resturants in the city nice wine list, and a little for every taste on the menu.

Hyde park has excellent food but it costs a months rent to feed a party of four. Excellent quality and service.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The atmosphere is so fun with the peanuts on the floor and the mason jar drinks. The food is awesome, from the salads and bread, to the burgers and steaks. I definately reccomend this restaurant.

I travel all over and I find myself compairing other steak houses to it. The location off of Old Henderson is still the best. The bar is kind of small, but a great place to go before and after your great meal. I have entertained large groups here and never a complaint. Do go and enjoy!

start out with the lobster bisque, then on to the best steaks, well at least the best steaks in ohio. All the cuts are brought to the table and explained troughly. and what a good steak it was! well worth the trip, excleelnt service!

Get ready to dig deep in your pocket, because this is a very expensive restuarant......and worth every penny of it. Total service, including a presentation of the menu describing each cut. Wait staff knows how to time removal and next course presentation. Cooked to perfection in an open kitchen setting. I can only afford this restuarant on special occaisions, but I look forward to every repeat visit and have NEVER been disappointed. Morton's and Ruth's Chris take second seat to this outstanding steak house.

This is, by far, our favorite local restaurant, and a favorite of many in Columbus. It is privately owned and there are now "sister" restaurants in Dublin, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. We've been to three of them, but this one is the best, both for service and ambiance. Hyde Parks "claim to fame" is definately their steaks. There are several entrees to choose from with various cuts, and this restaurant names their steaks after local sports heros (such as the "Steak Kosar"). The waitor or waitress also brings raw cuts of meat to the table and explains them to first timers. You can order a special cut of meat and are not restricted to the menu. Hyde Park has several rooms decorated uniquely for a more private and intimate feeling. We like sitting near a fire place in the winter months. They also have a fabulous selection of wine. Our favorite appetiser is the "Blackened Scallops". I wish I could identify some of the ingredients in the hopes of copying this recipe, but they are unbelievable. After dinner, we always go to the bar area where local jazz musicians routinely perform. My husband also enjoys smoking a cigar after dinner and this is the place to do that. We go to Hyde Park for special occassions, to entertain business associates, to treat visiting family members, or to celebrate anything we can make up for an excuse to eat here!
