Guess who has a new daddy in Bexley! You guessed it, the Bexley Monk.
A change in ownership this year has sparked a lot of concern over what
changes the Bexley crowd can expect. New owner, Bob Monica, has plans
to tighten up budgets and make the menu more appealing to a sports bar
type crowd in light of the spacioous bar and flat screen televisions.
Rumor has it that hot wings and japeleno poppers and fried Snickers
bars are bound for the new menu. Chef Denver Adkins is excited as this
type of food is his specialty, but what will long time Bexley customers
think? Let's pray for Cameron to come and save the day and drop a
steak house concept in the lap of Bexley before we die of the mediocre
culinary lashings headed our way!

When it's good, it's very, very good. When it's bad, it's very
disappointing, given the expense.
A few years ago, this restaurant offered consistently fine dining,
but lately it has slipped.
