Ma Deeter's is an old log cabin style building with a full bar and kitchen, which is geneally crowded with people - especially off-road bikers in the summer and snomobilers in the winter. One of the specialties here is a "Stromboli" - basically pizza dough sprinkled with cheese and toppings, no pizza sauce, and then folded up and baked. When it's completed, it's served with various dipping sauces like pizza sauce or ranch dressing. There are also pizzas and other menu items available. Ma Deeters is known all over Michigan. Just a fun place in a dinky town. I used to live in Mio and spent a lot of time here. Try it, you will be back! Where else is there??
