Food is excellent and eclectic, their themed dinners, especially
the gralic one, are usually great. Does take itself a bit too seriously,
as do some of their patrons (dining at the Winds in no way exonerates
you when you plow into another car because you weren't paying attention)but
you're in for a good meal as long as the company you keep is good.

Another well known restaurant in the area. People come here from
all over to eat. Food is great, but expensive for students. Not
for their parents. An interesting night out.

This is one of the best restaurants in Yellow Springs (therefore,
one of the best in the region), and many would say it is the best.
It is a very classy, high-quality place with a good menu and vegetarian
options. Great wine list with a wine shop next door that has a great
selection, including fine beers. The biggest problem I have
with the Winds is the too few vegan items and the fact that it is
very expensive, especially for a student. I usually only eat
here when my parents come to town for Parent's Weekend or
something like that. Still, I highly recommend the Winds Cafe.

The Winds has been around a long time . Such a woderful menu--vegetarian
menu , and great sandwiches. Very nice atmosphere. Something
totally different from the franchise life. Go for a special occasion
or a date then shop Yellow Springs. Make time though... you'll
never want to leave.
