Kaldi's is a cool spot on Main Street in Over-The-Rhine.
It's more coffeehouse, bookstore, and bar than a restaurant,
but they have a limited menu. I like their breakfast burrito with
a cafe au lait to give me the proper morning sendoff. They also
feature live music throughout the week, with no cover charge.
They are one of the few spots in the Greater Cincinnati area to
feature bluegrass music regularly. Their bluegrass night is
either Tuesday or Thursday, but check your local listings for
exact dates and times, or give the friendly folks at Kaldi's
a call. You won't be disappointed.

Quite simply the best combination coffeehouse/restaurant/bookstore/jazz
music in the Midwest. This place is Bohemian with a capital "B."
But don't let that fool you, though, because this locally-owned
gem does everything right. If you're looking for a truly urban
coffeehouse experience, you won't do any better than Kaldi's.
Oh yeah, the tourists never seem to find this place. . . another
reason I love Kaldi's!

kaldi's, located in Over-The-Rhine, but that doesn't stop the
crowd of people from going there for good food (i love the taco
salad) and live music.

A coffee house in a city. Food is ok, quantity is higher than normal.
Has above normal number of people with piercings, pagans, people
into witchcraft. In drug and prostitution area of downtown.
Atmosphere considerable cheaper than other coffee houses.

While Kaldi's may not have the best food, the atmosphere more
than makes up for it. It's one of the most unique places in the city
and worth a visit.

Kaldi's is located in a rehabbed area of downtown Cincinnati...
Located in the primary entertainment district on Main Street,
Kaldi's offers an eclectic menu of excellent cuisine and beverages
in a casual... comfortable environment. Artists, musicians...
all find there way to Kaldi's at some point. The atmosphere is
cerebral without being intimidating. It is anything but boring!
