Mullane's is a small, eclectic, artistic, bohemian, sensible
locally-owned restaurant in the heart of downtown Cincinnati.
The menu contains a small variety of sensibly-priced choices,
from salmon to pasta to vegan dishes. Not much beef, though, and
nothing here is ever deep-fried (it's all healthy cooking).
. .which is great! Mullane's is only open for lunch and dinner,
so don't dispair if you show up at 3 p.m. and they're not open yet.
On any given night, you're as likely to find a city council member
or celebrity here as you are a young couple out on a date. Mullane's
is very popular with the local arts scene. Here's a restaurant
in Cincinnati that has a very European feel. True, the menu, like
the restaurant itself, is very small, but it's surprisingly
well balanced with choices.

I like Mullane's a lot. My husband is a part-time vegetarian and
this is one of the few restaurants we can agree upon. The food is
excellent, though the service can be lax at times. Their gumbo
(only served once or twice a week) is DELICIOUS.

I just ate here for the first time a few weeks ago and I loved it.
The menu is small, the prices are high, but the service was great
and the food was deliscious. They have a few outdoor tables, which
is a European trend that seems to be becoming more common these
days in the US. It's a nice small intimate restaurant with great
food.
