For such an expensive place, I really expect more. <br> The food is usually just fine, but nothing to really write home about. I've never had a BAD meal, per se, but I do recall a few experiences where I wasn't very happy with what I got. The ever-changing menu concept can work if the quality of food is consistently good. However, I haven't ever felt as though Abby's has been able to deliver the consistency needed to make it the top-notch restaurant that it could be. <br> Beyond this, the service is what really keeps me from eating at Abby's more often. It is a popular restaurant and, as such, can get pretty crowded at lunch and on weekend nights. I have to say that in nearly half the 20 or so times I've been to Abby's, the service has been less than acceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. When crowded, the place gets downright chaotic and it seems like there's never anyone "in charge".

Great lunch. I met a potential employer there. I didn't get the job, but I enjoyed the food. The sweet tea was great and the service was well above par. The cozyness of the place made me feel like I was at home not out to lunch.

this is a fancy place with and interesting menu.. you can dress up or dress down even and feel at home. the food and wait staff are always great, which makes up for the high prices
