The food is great. Its very different from the Thai food I have
tried elsewhere. However, the place is always crowded, and now
they don't even take reservations!

i must have went on a slow night, cause judging by the
reviews it's suppose to be a busy restaurant. my friend and
i didn't even have to wait for a table, there were plenty.
it's also a very small restaurant. the service was lousy
(and this was suppose to be a slow night). our server kept
making phone calls at the bar. two of the dishes we ordered
took way too long chicken panang and garlic pork. they
probably forgot it or the server didn't write it down cause
i had to mention it twice. when i did get the chicken it was
so chewy like they heated up in the microwave and the pork
was sort of bland. the ice water wasn't that pure
either. like the other reviews said the price was high. did
i mention the location, well you have to pass thru the
rundown area of the city just to eat there and there
aren't parking readily avaible, you have to look for it in
the bad area. for the high price you pay and for what you
get out of it, it's definitely not worth it. i'm never
going there again ...

Excellent food. As everyone mentioned the wait is usually very long.
The place is squishy. Tables are piled on top of each other.
Pretty expensive for Thai as well, but always delicious, classy,
and consistent.

This is the yummiest Thai restaurant in the whole world,
and I would go more often except it's sort of expensive
and always so BUSY. Oh well. Park on Waller Street by or
around Pierce and Scott or you won't be parking at all,
and hold on to your wallet while you're walking down to
Fillmore, it's not the nicest area.
Anything in red curry sauce is excellent, the beef is nice
and overcooked and chewy in classic Thai fashion. Go for
the salmon in the chef's special sauce if you have $13 to
blow, the fish is the freshest and most delicious I've ever
had. The taro root and sweet potato appetizer is fantastic.
Try to limit going to this place on weekend nights, it's
jammed and the room is pretty small.

Excellent place! But reservation is recommended if
you don't want to wait. Among their many dishes, I
highly recommend soups, stuffed jumbo shrimps, and
boneless duck. These are really top-notch. Also the
waiters can advise you for a great combination.
