Best Thai food in San Francisco. Lunch prices are very
reasonable ($4.95 - $6.95) and include the best hot jasmine
tea I've ever had (it is strong and orange in color). Their
best dishes are of the Pad Prik King variety (various combinations)
of peanut curry sauce with seafood, meat or tofu and string beans).
If I could go there and eat Pad Prig King tofu and their wonderful
Tom Yum tofu soup everyday for the rest of my life I would be
very happy! Best of all, if you tell them you want your food
really spicy they will make it that way. An added bonus: they
don't deep fry their tofu before they put it in soups or other
entrees, so it is still nice and soft and low in fat!!!!

My overall impression of Thai Stick was so-so. I had the
"omlette" appetizer which advertised ground chicken. I
couldn't find (or taste) the chicken. Too much bean sprouts
and not enough substance for the $6.50 price. The entrees
tasted good. Prices are on the high side. The waitresses
are friendly. If you happen to be at Union Square and de-
sire Thai food (2 blocks away), it is convienent. [On the
same block, there are 2 Indonesian restaurants and another
Thai restaurant. I haven't been to those yet.]
