I've had many of these wonderful hot dogs and consider them to be
second only to King's hot dogs in Ironton, Oh which you can't
get the same hot dog anymore because when the lady died she took her recipe
with her or so I've been told. Other than that the Dairy Bell in Chesapeake,
Oh used to have great hot dog but they've changed ownership. There
not the same anymore either. I now live in middle Georgia and here we
have the Nu-Way hot dog. It's not even in the same league as Stewart's
Original. Stewart's is the best.

Stewart's specializes in hot dogs and the sauce is fairly famous
for the area. Some people have been known to have it shipped to them when
they move away. I think it's pretty good, but not that good.

When I first came to Huntington, everyone told me I had to try Stewart's
Hot Dogs. I went, and I guess it's a local thing. Don't
get me wrong, the hot dogs were pretty good, but I've had better
at fairs, sporting events, etc. The sauce was good, I must admit.
The staff was kind of loud and annoying. When you go inside, you
definitely get a sense of Huntington and Marshall U.

This place is good, but it would be better if Frostop wasn't
in town...'cause this place (the dogs, the service) is good,
but not quite as good...

A hot dog is usually just a hot dog, but the thing that makes this
place stand out so much is the sauce. If you go there and don't
get sauce on your dog you are missing out. It's the best!

Very good hot dogs. This is one of the few places left in the area
where you can get really good hot dog sauce, it also makes a great
sloppy joe.

To alter and paraphrase Freud, sometimes a hotdog is just a hotdog.
But if you are looking for something that is so ordinary that it
seems unreal, you needn't look too far from a downtown chemical
plant to find it. Anyway, what's more American than indescribable
meat smothered with every imaginable condiment and side order?
Answer: nothing.
Stewart's Hotdog Stand, located conveniently next to the 3M
plant on 5th Avenue, is one of the jewels in the crown of a good ole
American small town. Harnessing the otherwise unboundable
resource of teenage energy to shuffle fast fare across the lot,
SHS offers quenches some of the most unique fanaticisms that
was otherwise lost when Fonzie jumped the sharks. There's no
leather jacket required to relive the innocence.
The meat is 100% beef, a fact that matters when you really have
to think about it. The rootbeer, that so cleverly sports the "Stewart's"
name is imported all the way from Colorado and is available at
any cor ...

I have tried their hot dogs twice. They have about the most terrible
hot dogs i've tasted.they are so mushy & have no flavor. almost
like they have been soaking in water for hours. That's why i tried
them a 2nd time. The rootbeer is not bad.
