Four dined here for dinner on 8/11/2005. We all agreed that this raned with the best we've ever had! The prime rib (their specialty) was outstanding - there is no other descriptive word available. One had sword fish and raved about it. And DO NOT miss the creme brulee - simply the best ever. <br> We had their "special" house wine at $22.50/btl. Found it very good. <br> There were a couple of disappointments. First, Harry's is noisy. We were ther on a Thursday night and, though the restarant wasn't crowded, it was noisy. Second, we asked for Oyster Shooters and were told that they didn't have them; this despite that we found out that they were being made and served in the bar. <br> The service (except for the Oyster Shooter thing) was excellent and attentive.

I took a friend from out of town to Harry's. He raved about what I already knew...Great food! A few weeks after he was home in RI he told me he thought dinner at Harry's was the highlight of his three day trip to DE.

Harry's is one of the all time classic resturants. There are few resturants with the same consistancy of service and quality. From thier specialties, (Prime Rib, signature ice cream) to the specials. You can go into Harry's the first time or the one hundredth time and it will be equally delicious. Now with Delaware being a non smoking state, there is more room to get a prime table!

Harry's Is a throwback to the days when food was elegant and service impeccable. As a place to take favored business associates and have personal celebrations, Harry's is in a class with a small handful of other Delaware and Pennsylvania establishments that can always be counted on for fine dining in an upscale atmosphere. While the prime ribs are spectacular, try such other delicacies as ostrich. And the Cigar Bar is a great place for smokers of have the samequality of food and service and let us indulge in our bad habits.

Harry's serves a good steak. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING, there tastes like it is well prepared. The waiters/watresses are professionals!! They serve their fare as it should be served. The desserts are delectable and rich. You take someone special to Harry's to let them know they're special. They have a cigar bar on the other side of the restaurant. Their stogies are fresh and of good quality. At Harry's, they have ALWAYS treated my friends and myself like they want us to come back. I like that. Somewhat recently, they added conference rooms. This just makes something that is already GREAT, BETTER. And, that is hard to do sometimes. GO! GO! GO!
