We went to Austin's for Valentine's Day & were very
satisfied. For how busy they were they still provided excellent
servie & incredible food. Way to Go!

I travel each week for work throughout the US and Europe. I have
been doing so for more twenty years. During all this time, I have
only walked out of a restaurant once. This evening was the second
time.

It was a special night to be celebrated due to my Wife's recent
accomplishments. I invited my two married children, including
two grandchildren, and a neighbor couple. Our party numbered
9. We knew that our wait would be long due to the size of our party
and accepted a 90 minute wait as indicated by the hostess. However,
after 2 hours and watching the waiting room turn over twice, we
began to be impatient. We approached the manager, who could not
give us an answer as to when we would be seated. In fact, they had

Interesting meld of neighborhood bar/grill, and upper level
ambiance. Looks like a neighborhood grill as done by a graduate
of CIA.
If it had been a fine dining establishment I would have rated it
a 3, but for its price range it is easily a 4. Linen and high quality
utensils, a staff with traditional whites as a uniform, and freshly
prepared food.
Salad was very large and well prepared, though not a "presentation"
display. Only $2.50 and it had to be served on a dinner plate and
came with fresh bacon and egg. The ribs I ordered were literally
falling off the bone, and their sauce was of the dark smoky/sweet
sort.
Only negative, and that is not that bad was that the bread was not
served hot. (it is a short dark brown wheat loaf, likely premise-baked)
I hope they can survive the competition of the Outback that opened
up nearby with a similar menu. I would certainly prefer Austin's
to it, but location is sometimes the most critical o ...
