I've eaten numerous times here and the food is solidly good.
The best deal is the Mon-Thurs early bird which means ordering
before 6 pm. The dinner comes with salad, entre and dessert for
a very low price (can't recall exactly but it was low). The
portions at the early bird are somewhat smaller than the a la carte
items but for the price it is quite a meal. Service was good, efficient
with very experienced waiters. Tried going here for Thanksgiving
with a large party--it was too crowded, noisy and the food and
service suffered.

Ala carte meals make it very easy to get the food you want. It gets
very crowded though, so be prepared and used valet. The food is
delicious, you should definitely try it.

My family has been going to Caesar's for over 30 yrs now and
we won't go anywhere else in the City. It's a great place
to take enjoy great food, drink and family. To to top the great
meal, you've got to try the city's best Spumoni.
Buon Apetito!!!

What I like the most about Caesar's Italian Restaurant besides
the great food, excellent service, fun environment? Well, I'd
say the fried calamari: without the shadow of the doubt the best
appetizer in town! Of course, my favorite. Oh, for desert try
the homemade cannoli; the ricotta-based creame is fantastic.
Viva il ristorante "da Cesare!"

This is my all time favorite Italian Restaurant, anywhere! Inexpensive
by comparison to most SF restaurants. 5-course excellent meal
runs approx $22-30 depending on the entre. Family style restaurant,
always noisy and fun. The food is great! Also a treat to see their
antique cherry wood bar in the lounge. Valet parking available.
Don't miss this one!
