Excellent food and atmosphere. If you get a chance they have some wonderful wine dinners that take place in the wine room downstairs. These tend to be most enjoyable evenings.

Avg entree price $15-25+. Great food. Great service. Worth the visit. <br> This restaurant/bar has recently changed ownership. Very few items on the menu are original. What was once the finest French restaurant in the S. Tier found itself going under. The new owners promise to remake Pierce's image. <br> Get there early and enjoy a martini. They have dozens of martini recipes.

this is crazy, ,, the south side sub shop gets 3 stars & pierce's rates less ?, ,, wow !!!, ,, this restaurant shows what attention to detail combined w/hands-on management, & an owner's desire to succeed can accomplish, ,, just 1 of the best restaurants in upstate new york, ,, sure, its expensive - so what ?, ,, if you want & appreciate quality, you won't mind, ,, would that christine can someday experience both - drive & enjoy.

It is a very elegant retrauant. It is also very very expensive. If you have the money and want to treat someone to a business dinner i reccommend it. The food was good but I cant see myself paying that type of money again
