It used be one of favorites. We have found dead insect in our meals the last two times we have eaten there. After pointing out the rather large fly in my wifes food the offered her a free $3.00 desert. We will not go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have eaten at Alladin's at both their Pittsford location and the Rochester location, and will say that this is one excellent restaurant for good middle eastern/natural food. The atmosphere is very light, and the food has always been good and fresh. The way that one of the reviewers is bashing this site makes me wonder if they are not in some way connected to Oasis, especially with them giving their web address (advertisement?). We have gone there with a group from work several times during the warm months (will they ever return?!) and if you don't get there a little early on a Friday, be prepared to wait, that's how popular it is in the Pittsford location (right on the Erie Canal!). If you want a solid, reasonable, and filling middle eastern/natural food restaurant in Rochester, you will find it at Alladin's.

Aladdin's is a cheap restaurant - the ingredients are cheap and usually not fresh. The service is poor and unprofessional. Why do people torture themselves by eating there when they can dine in class at the OASIS. I think it is definitely worth the extra couple of bucks that you would normally throw away at Aladdin's.

This is a Rochester treasure. You can go to this location, or any of the others in Syracuse or Ithaca. But this is the flagship location! A lot of fun, with outstanding appetizers. I highly recommend the pasta dishes and the superior desserts. Service is friendly and the price is reasonable. Don't miss it.
