The staff here is lovely. They are friendly and welcoming. My mom and sister and I stumbled, exhausted into this place (not new to us but a welcome oasis) after a marathon Christmas (read last minute) shopping expedition, and spent a good hour resting our weary feet, talking to the owners about Ireland and generally enjoying the atmosphere of this old hotel bar
