this place just changed hands (NEW OWNERS) now its seems to be run much better nicer to deal with, better service and what is on the menu they do have in stock

I have only gone once. Only because I was given a gift certificate by a friend. The steak dinner I got was a bit high priced. Especially because it was served with instant mashed potatoes. The waitress took forever to refill my ice tea. Then they were swtitching over to the next shift, and took 20 minutes to come and get my money. TOO SLOW for my liking. I tip according to how good the food is, but number one, is how fast my tea or soda gets refilled. I hate an empty glass.

The last time that I was there everything was fine. Except, for the fact that we were placed next to the bar, which was too loud for a quiet anniversary dinner.

This establishment has been faltering in the service area lately. I was also didappointed, on last visit, to not find any shell fish entrees that were not fried; and to be informed they did not have any steamers as advertised on the menu. Also, their chowder was a disappointment.. Cracker Barrel's is much better.
