You need to be prepared for the sticker shock at this place. However,
dollar per dollar, it's worth it.

We sampled the 9 course meal prepared by New Jersey's finest
chef. Along with a wine tasting for each course, we had a two and
one half hour dining feast. The restaurant's decor was excellent.
The grounds were well-maintained.

Normally, you don't eat garnishes, however I strongly recommend
you throw that rule out when dining here. Never before have I tasted
vegetables that "explode with flavor" in your mouth.

This restaurant is on every top ten New Jersey restaurant list.
While I certainly think that the food was good, the service was
excellent, the grounds were beautiful, etc., I do not believe
that this is one of the great New Jersey restaurants.
This is a place where jackets and ties are expected for gentlemen.
There seems to be a large corporate clientele (probably on expense
accounts).
Portions are small. The tasting menu (I think this costs something
like $80) takes forever to get through...a whole batch of small
courses.
